Beauty pageants wrong or right?



Is this really right?
The glitz and glamour is a bit too grown up for nine and ten year olds, but for 5 year olds?!? I mean, it's a bit too much. Toddlers and Tiaras showcases a lot of tiny children in skimpy bikinis and caked on makeup looking like an orange with hair extensions.

I honestly don't have much of a problem with beauty pageants, in fact I would advise them if your child is either really confident or in fact the complete opposite. I think they can bring out the best in a person if not used in a bad way. British pageants down grade the pageant a bit so it's not as high glitz.
